· Clients: Must submitclear service requestsand honor theircommitments, especially regarding payment.
7. Payments andFees
Payments between clients and providers are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. Usersif may charge a commission under the conditions stated on the platform.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Usersif (texts, images, logos, databases, code) is protected under intellectual propertylaw. Any reproduction or use withoutpermission is prohibited.
9. Personal Data
Usersif collectsand processes users'personal data in accordance with its PrivacyPolicy available on the website. Users have the right to access, correct, and delete their data.
10. Account Suspension or Termination
Usersif reservesthe right to suspend or delete a user accountin case of violation of the Terms, fraudulent behavior, or harm to the platform's integrity.
11. Liability
Usersif is not responsible for disputes betweenusers, nor for indirect damagesor losses resulting from the use of the platform.
